At Toptimevip, we stand behind the precision and quality of our timepieces. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all protective films and tags intact, and in its original premium packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues (24-Hour Inspection)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@lumivip.vip within 24 hours. Please provide your order number and high-resolution photos/videos of the defect for our technical team to review.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Costs

  • For quality-related issues: Toptimevip will bear the full return shipping cost.

  • For non-quality related returns: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees and ensuring the package is fully insured. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
